Arkhas.com is a static website. It requires no account, sets no tracking cookies of its own, and collects no personal information when you browse it. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

The WhatsApp bot

When you message the Arkhas WhatsApp bot:

• We process your phone number and message text solely to answer your price query and send the reply.
• Product queries may be processed by an AI service to understand the request (for example, translating Arabic product names or fixing typos). Only the product query text is sent — never your phone number or name.
• Messages are transmitted via WhatsApp and our messaging provider (Twilio), which have their own privacy policies.
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, and we do not send you messages you didn't ask for.

Store links

When you click through to a store (Amazon.ae, Noon, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, Lulu), that store's own privacy policy applies. Some links contain an affiliate tag that tells the store the visit came from Arkhas — see our affiliate disclosure.

Data retention

Search queries may be kept temporarily in technical logs and caches to operate and improve the service, then deleted. We keep no marketing database of users.
